Cancellation Before Shipment

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3 to 4 business days.
Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking: Refunds will be credited back to the original account within 48 – 72 business hours after we receive the cancellation confirmation. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions: We will initiate a bank transfer to your specified account details. This process will be completed within 48 – 72 business hours upon receipt of the cancellation request and your bank details via email. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
How to Initiate a Return
We offer a hassle-free return policy where you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Partial returns are also accepted, provided the following conditions are met:
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- The product is returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories.
- The serial number has been tampered with.
- The product is defective but not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product has been used or altered.
- The return request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.
- A free product was provided by the brand.
Steps to Return an Item
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@artphool.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please provide your order ID and specify your request for a return, replacement, or refund. Attach an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
- Pack the Product: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all seals, labels, and barcodes are intact.
- Send the Item: Courier the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Damaged or Defective Items/Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product is delivered, please follow these steps within 5 days of receiving your order:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@artphool.com with your order ID and details of the issue. Please include images of the product and the invoice.
- We will arrange for a pickup within 2-4 business days.
- Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.
Partial Order Returns
If you ordered multiple items, you may return part of your order at the item level. However, please ensure that all components, complimentary gifts, and products are returned in full.
Refund Process for Returned Orders
Once we receive and verify the returned products, we will process the refund as follows:
